A Rendezvous with Me....

Dear Friends,

When I was a kid, I loved cycling along the way, through the shades of majestic trees between Bangalore and Mysore and deliberately stopping over at various places, like the scenic rocks of Ramanagara (Sholay Fame) , the beautiful and luscious green fields of Mandya district and the sight of the lovely river, Cauvery.

Since then, I always felt and still feel that I owe something to my birthplace, Mandya, my highly respected state, Karnataka (One state, many worlds) and my beloved country, India.(I also owe a lot for the support and love bestowed upon me by each person along my path from across the world  , I still exist here because of you)I never knew that one day I would be informing my friends and well wisher's that I would be contesting as an Independent candidate for the Parliament elections to represent Mandya constituency, Karnataka State.Although, I had opted out of political opportunities at a young age, I have some genuine reasons which prompted me to present myself at this stage as an alternative to the existing choices for the sake of upholding my integrity and the support of the people who belong to this land.As the time is a constraint to explain my each step at this moment, I request your love, support and encouragement for the cause. Please spread across the message to reach your friends and family. Any help would be remembered with gratitude.I will be attaching my profile and try my best to keep you updated. With regards and Jai Hind,Yours affectionately,Arvind Premanand

Elections; Patriotism towards The Country....

The day is slithering nearer and nearer. The hearts of the people are pounding, ebullient to find out who their next leader will be. Yes, we behold the elections. In a country like India, the largest democracy, there are a lot of parties who not only do false promises, but also loot the country not only of it's rich resources and the taxpayers' money, but also the prestigious respect of the country. We need a change. We demand a clean government and it is our right that this demand gets fulfilled immediately. People with intellect, care and mainly, love towards the country need to come into politics. Then only shall we see a great and desirable change. We need to ensure that our government runs on behalf of us. Factually speaking, we, need to run the government. A successful India will only emerge if the dark clouds of chicanery are wiped out by the bright light of honesty, patriotism and the will to serve the people. Only if the wings of hard work and the thread of hope and patriotism are brought together, shall the kite of success fly high till the heavens.
India needs a change and we hope that 2014 elections are the bliss of time for India.
